Seta internships are available now with the Services Seta who are running a 9-12 month internship programme. There are a range of different options for the internship from the finance department to the CEO’s office.  The internships pay R7000 per month.

INTERN: PROVINCIAL OPERATIONS

The Intern Provincial Operations will be responsible for office administration including frontline services and project management support: The incumbent will be responsible for the professional administration and management of Services SETA Provincial Office reception area, which includes the operation of the switchboard and general office administration activities

INTERN: LEGAL SERVICES AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

The Intern: Legal Services and Contract Management is responsible for the provision of legal assistance and Contract Management support. The incumbent is also responsible for the provision of administrative support to Legal Services and Contract Management.

INTERN: STRATEGY AND RESEARCH

The Intern: Strategy and Research is responsible for the provision of administrative support to the Strategy and Planning Department. Activities include ensuring implementation of all administrative tasks and processes focusing on research, performance verification, qualifications development, and chamber operations.

INTERN: MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

The Intern: Marketing and Communications is responsible to assist with marketing, communications, and administration duties in the department. The incumbent is required to be involved in a variety of other marketing and communication projects, and to offer administrative support.

INTERN: OFFICE OF THE CEO

The Intern: Office of the CEO is responsible to assist and provide support administrative at the Office of the CEO. The incumbent will also support various strategic initiatives, focusing on special projects, risk management, compliance, and transformation. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in high-level executive operations and strategic planning.

INTERN: OPERATIONS

The Intern: Operations is responsible for the provision of administrative support to the Departments at Operations This includes providing administration services for the scheduling of site visits for accreditation applicants. This also includes providing administrative support for data capturing, registering, and filling of learner documentation for Operations Division.

INTERN: FINANCE

The Intern: Finance is responsible for the provision of administrative functions of the finance department within Procurement Services, Project Accounting and Financial Management of the Services SETA.

INTERN: INFORMATION COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY

The Intern: ICT responsible to Assist the ICT department with the implementation of Information security Programme. The incumbent will also assist with the development and management of ICT project plans and deliverables and with the production of ICT project reports.

INTERN: HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

The Intern: HCM is responsible for the provision of administrative support to the HCM Department. This will include providing administrative support in HR functions such as Learning and Development, Recruitment, Wellness, Employee Relations, and other HR projects.

INTERN: KNOWLEDGE AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT

The Intern: Records Management is responsible for a broad range of work, including processing physical documents and information and inputting that information into databases and systems; the incumbent will also fill record requests, and respond to customer queries. Update Databases and record systems, and archive repeated files or information that is inactive, or no longer relevant.
