Bricklaying Apprenticeship Available

The National Skills Fund is supporting a project to train 300 bricklayers on a 36 month internship programme. You will receive formal training and workplace skills development on the way to get your full apprenticeship. We have all the details for you.

The National Skills Fund is supporting this project to train bricklayers. Participants will undergo training and receive workplace skills development.
The program will be implemented for a period of thirty-six (36) months and the participants must come from the following local municipality:

Please take note that successful candidates will be expected to sign a thirty-six (36) contract with the Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency
and host employers. It is essential to mention your Local Municipality, ward number and home address in your CV with clear contact
numbers and the correct reference of the program you are applying for.

NB: This programme is only for South African citizens residing within the Mpumalanga Province

Applicants Must Meet The Following Criteria

1. The learner must be unemployed
2. Energetic indivuduals capable of handling manual labour
3. Applicants must be between the ages of 18-35 years,
4. Have a minimum of Grade Twelve (Matric) qualification, with Maths/Maths Literacy
5. Application must be accompanied by a motivation letter with the correct Reference Number of the program applied for
6. Be a resident of the abovementioned Local Municipality (Proof of residence required)
7. Have a passion or interest in the construction industry
8. Must not have participated in the same program before
9. Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply
